		<description>I thought those were aphids or mealybugs, but I'm not sure after looking at photos.  The best way I've found to control them is to plant nasturtiums, wait until they are covered with them, and then pull out the plants and discard.  The bugs seem to leave everything else alone if they have tasty nasturtiums.</description>
