Adam Pollock grew up in the kitchen; food remains at the center of his life. In 2008, he launched The Feed Me Show, the world’s first web-exclusive cooking-dating show. A New Yorker since 1999 and a Brooklynite since 2001, he recently succumbed to the temptation to move out west, and just as quickly turned around and came back home, settling Red Hook, Brooklyn, with his dog, September. Characterized by his friends as an adult Max Fischer, Adam has a habit of hatching ideas that turn quickly into full-blown conundrums. Eating well on $50/week is the latest symptom of his syndrome.
